Prompton In Your Community: Tour De Concord

The 4th Annual Tour De Concord took place last Sunday 7th at Concord Community Park. The event was filled with pro racers, cycling enthusiasts and families enjoying the sunshine and the activities. With the first race kicking off at 10:25 the event ran until 3:00PM.

At the Prompton Kids Zone , we had an array of exciting activities. The highlight was our decorating station where children could personalize their bikes for the Kids Race. They had a blast decking their bikes out with colorful stickers, custom signs, and bows & tinsel. We also had a thrilling zero-gravity bike show that left everyone in awe.

Once the bikes were decorated, the fun didn't stop there. We had a dedicated photo zone where we captured memorable moments of each child or family with their newly decorated bikes. These photos were printed on the spot, serving as a cherished souvenir of the day.

To top it all off, every child got a chance to spin the prize wheel, adding an extra layer of excitement to the event. Each spin guaranteed a prize, making every child feel like a winner!

Some of the other companies sponsoring along side us were Porsche, Liv Rent, CTV, Cycling BC, BIV and Maximizer all helping to raise money for St. Pauls Foundation. The event also aided towards funds to support youth cycling & athlete development programs.
